Privacy Policy

VDistri Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy of its website users. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in compliance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

2. Data Collected

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide to us via:

Contact Form - Full name - Professional email address - Phone number (optional) - Company name (optional) - Profile (SMB / Call Center / Offshore) - Free message

Navigation - IP address (anonymized) - Browser type and operating system - Pages visited and visit duration (via Google Analytics — see section 6)

We do not collect sensitive data as defined by Article 1 of Law 09-08 (health data, ethnic origin, political opinions, etc.).

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is collected for the following purposes:

- Responding to your contact and quote requests (legal basis: contract performance or pre-contractual measures) - Sending you commercial information about our services, only if you have consented (legal basis: consent) - Improving our website and services through statistical browsing analysis (legal basis: legitimate interest) - Complying with our legal and accounting obligations (legal basis: legal obligation)

4. Data Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the VDistri Solutions team. It is neither sold, rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

We may share your data with: - Resend (transactional email sending provider — US hosting, SOC 2 certified) for processing contact forms - Google Analytics (audience analysis — see section 6)

These sub-processors are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention Period

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

- Contact data (form): 3 years from the last contact - Navigation data (logs): maximum 13 months - Contractual data (active clients): duration of contract + 5 years (legal accounting obligation)

At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Cookies and Trackers

Our site uses the following trackers:

Strictly Necessary Cookies No cookies requiring your consent are placed by default.

Language Preference Cookie A cookie named `NEXT_LOCALE` is placed to remember your language preference (FR / EN / AR). It is not a tracker and does not require consent.

Google Analytics (if enabled) We use Google Analytics 4 to measure our site's audience. This tool places analytical cookies. You may refuse these cookies via the consent banner displayed on your first visit, or by disabling Google Analytics via the official extension: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

7. Your Rights (Law 09-08 / CNDP)

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and CNDP recommendations, you have the following rights over your data:

- Right of access: obtain a copy of your data - Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data - Right of objection: object to the processing of your data for commercial prospecting purposes - Right to erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)

8. Data Security

VDistri Solutions implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, alteration or unauthorized access:

- HTTPS connection (TLS 1.2 / 1.3) across the entire site - Contact data stored with a certified provider (Resend, SOC 2) - Data access restricted to authorized team members - Administrator passwords subject to a strict security policy

9. International Transfers

Using Resend for email delivery involves a data transfer to the United States. This transfer is governed by standard contractual clauses recognized by the CNDP and Resend's SOC 2 certifications.

Using Google Analytics also involves a transfer to the United States, governed by adequate transfer mechanisms.

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be modified at any time to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document. In case of substantial modification, we will notify you by email if you are a client or subscriber.
